The Challenge

The obstacles JDC Kitchen needed to overcome

A menu this rich can easily overwhelm a customer. JDC Kitchen offers more than 30 categories, including kebabs, pakoras, hoggies, pizzas, calzones, burgers, tandoori dishes, curries, biryani, desserts and milkshakes. Most orders come from people on their phones at the end of a long day, so the experience had to be fast, appetizing and simple. The restaurant also needed something to run its own business, with offers and deals that could change often and a brand identity that stands apart from generic delivery-app listings.

The Solution

What we designed and built for JDC Kitchen

We chose Python Django for a custom, scalable foundation. The website tells the brand story with a strong visual identity, then leads customers straight to the menu. Every category is a single tap away, and every dish has its own page with a clear description and price. Dedicated Deals and Offers sections highlight meal boxes, pizza and kebab bundles and limited-time promotions. Customer accounts with sign-up and login support a smoother repeat experience. A matching mobile app extends the same menu and brand to customers' phones. The site also includes a photo gallery, local customer testimonials, opening hours and contact details.

What JDC Kitchen has today

JDC Kitchen now has a branded digital home that it fully owns, instead of depending only on third-party platforms. Customers can move from craving to browsing to a decision in a few taps, and the team can update menu items, deals and offers as the business grows. It's a strong base for building repeat customers and a loyal local community in Greenock.
