Megnet Innov

Magnet Innov brings modern at-home massage and relaxation to French-speaking customers, with eye massagers, neck and cervical massagers, shiatsu cushions and more. We built a Shopify store that feels calm, trustworthy and easy to shop. The challenge was to make a wide range of wellness devices understandable at a glance and to give first-time buyers the confidence to order.

The catalog is organized by body zone (head and face, upper body, lower body, accessories), with curated wellness packs and flash-sale collections for discovery. Trust signals appear throughout the experience: free delivery over €99, a satisfaction guarantee, secure checkout, tracked shipping, verified customer reviews and press mentions. The store also adds a loyalty program ("Mes points Zen"), order tracking, user guides, a reseller program and a health and beauty blog to support customers after the sale.

Our vision was a store built for repeat customers, not one-time sales. By combining clear product storytelling, conversion-focused cart design and content that educates, the site supports a brand with more than 100,000 orders delivered.
